Free content and services offered on our website are not eligible for refunds.
2. Refund Conditions
2.1 Premium Memberships
- 14-day cooling-off period: You can cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you haven't accessed premium content during this period.
- Prorated refunds: After the cooling-off period, if you cancel your subscription, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription period, at our discretion.
- Automatic renewals: We do not offer refunds for automatic subscription renewals where the renewal notification was sent to your registered email address and you did not cancel before the renewal date.
2.2 Digital Publications
- Pre-access period: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the digital publication.
- Quality issues: If the digital publication contains significant technical errors that make it unusable (e.g., corrupted files, missing content), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- No refunds for content dissatisfaction: We do not offer refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction with the content once it has been accessed or downloaded.
2.3 Online Courses
- Satisfaction guarantee: If you complete less than 25% of a course and are not satisfied with its quality, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Technical issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing the course, and our support team cannot resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
2.4 Event Tickets
- Cancellation by customer: Refunds for event tickets are available up to 14 days before the scheduled event date. After this period, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person.
- Cancellation by Qudresame: If we cancel an event, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date, if applicable.
- Virtual events: For virtual events, if you experience technical issues that significantly impact your ability to participate and these issues are determined to be on our end, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
2.5 Merchandise
- Return period: Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- Defective products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
- Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team to resolve any issues. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in the termination of your account and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are generally non-refundable:
- Digital content that has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Subscription services after the cooling-off period if you have accessed premium content
- Event tickets within 14 days of the event (unless the event is canceled by us)
- Physical products that have been used, damaged, or had their original packaging removed
- Services that have been fully delivered
